Here’s what’s new in Autodesk Civil 3D, Infraworks, and ReCAP Pro 2022.
Autodesk Civil 3D civil engineering design software supports BIM (Building Information Modelling) with integrated features to improve draughting, design, and construction documentation. The latest version of Autodesk Civil 3D brings along with it connected alignments that will allow users to layout complex intersections and interchanges more efficiently, create complex loop ramps with precision, and foster quicker adjustments with dynamic control grips.
Autodesk InfraWorks conceptual design software lets architecture, engineering, and construction professionals model, analyse, and visualise infrastructure design concepts within the context of the built and natural environment—improving decision making and accelerating project approvals. Autodesk InfraWorks 2022 offers users the ability to create complex 3D models of full-span bridge girders that meet your project requirements and LOD using its new full-span complex 3D girders feature. You can also apply or edit decorations to component roads without model regeneration using the active linear road decorations feature, speeding up your design process as well.
Autodesk ReCap Pro is 3D scanning software that transforms the physical world into a digital asset. With reality capture data you can better understand and verify existing and asbuilt conditions to gain insights and make better decisions. Autodesk ReCap Pro 2022 introduces its new Scan to Mesh feature which is designed to help users create textured 3D meshes from point clouds, enabling faster physical to digital workflow. And then lastly, publishing in ReCap Pro projects in Autodesk Drive, Docs, and BIM 360 Docs is made easier with Autodesk Drive Integration to help you easily and securely publish your projects in ReCap Pro 2022.
