Toolbars leave a trail while being dragged in AutoCAD on Windows 10 machines
Issue:
When dragging toolbars in AutoCAD, they leave a trail of gray frames on the screen.
The trail usually clears from AutoCAD once the object has been placed, but trails may remain in Windows. The trails can be cleared from Windows by sweeping another window or object across the screen where the trails exist.
This happens on Windows 10 machine with multiple graphics cards, driver updates, and settings.
Causes:
This is a known issue with a recent Windows 10 update that is being investigated.
Solution:
Rollback to the previous Windows 10 version (1703).
