Hatch disappears in AutoCAD 2018

Issue:

You open an Autodesk® AutoCAD®  drawing in Autodesk® AutoCAD®  2018. A certain hatch is not shown. When you open the drawing in Autodesk® AutoCAD®  2017, the hatch is still shown.

Solution:

Option 1:

  1. WBLOCK to export the data in Version 2016 to a new drawing
  2. INSERT the element the drawing in Version 2018.

Option 2:

  1. Remove all frames from various blocks
  2. Then re-created all hatches
  3. created a block with only the plots
