Business Development Executive: Autodesk Construction Solutions

Requirements

1. Channel Development & Management

• Develop an Autodesk Authorised channel through regular engagement in Strategic Regions, achieving goals set in these regions.
• Engage weekly with these Partners, providing guidance and leadership, close deals through the sales cycle.
• Obtain Weekly Sales Forecasts
• Own the Relationship with those partners, including all contractual matters.

2. Marketing Qualified Lead Generation

• Hosting ¼ webinars, be responsible for all MQL Generation for your partners, in your regions, with intention.
• Ensure MQL’s are actioned, and reported on weekly.
• Generate 2 Customer Success Stories per year per partner.
• Working with Marketing, manage all MDF requests, Social Media Engagement and Eventing.
• Ensure minimum of 35 leads in your pipeline at any given time.

3. Sales Pipeline Engagement & Management

• Co-Quote with your Channel Partner, for all transactions.
• Host between 7 – 10 client demo’s / meetings / presentations per week, working with your Channel Partner, tracked inside Salesforce and reflecting in Outlook with customer invite and agenda.
• Review your pipeline daily to ensure there is an open opportunity or lead in Salesforce for each account visited.
• Manage all aspects of client engagement irrespective of items sold including services.
• Be sure to deliver your own Demonstrations, addressing technical needs from the client during the sales process.

Using defined processes, ensure updated and clean pipeline at all times, specifically:

o No deals at 10%/20% at month start
o No deals past closure date at month start
o Ensure each opportunity is updated weekly with sales comments.

• Ensure all deal activity is tracked inside SF.C. , including tasks, events, next steps.
• Ensure transparency with your Channel Partner on all levels of Deal Activity.
• Be sure to engage with Renewals Team and manage your own Autodesk License Renewals with your Channel Partner.

4. Technical Engagement

• Using defined processes, ensure to deliver training / Proof of Concepts as required, in conjunction with your Channel Partner.
• Deliver Technical Product Demonstrations at your clients as and when required, using best practices.
• Be 100% familiar with the Training Content used for your product areas of expertise.
• Assist with and oversee all Support Requests for your Channel Partner & Clients.

5. Target Achievement

• Sales & Technical
• R100k GP Target monthly – minimum expectation of R60k per month. Failiure to achieve this minimum expectation for a 2 month rolling period will result in disciplinary action.
• All documentation completed per deal, terms stated clearly, with relevant financial and IT related contact information.
• Obtain and maintain ADSK Sales and Technical specialisations, ensuring validity at all times. (Ie complete before 6 months has passed.) to make sure you understand the workflow of the segment in which you are.
